Our most unique combination of an aged Irish Single Grain whiskey where 50% of it was aged in Bourbon barrels and 50% in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels.  Showcasing that we've gone "Against The Grain" by not using malt in the blend and stating that Grain whiskey is very interesting and is a unique expression.
